Merindoc Vintners is a three-generation family winery in Victoria's Heathcote region, managing premium vineyards inspired by Rhone Valley wines. The family has paused winemaking operations and closed their cellar door, planning to convert it into an Eco-Tourism and Regenerative Agriculture Education Centre while focusing on sustainable vineyard management.
