About

Mehofer has been family-owned since 1709 in Kirchberg am Wagram in the Wagram region. The vineyard at Neudeggerhof and the Wadenthal site are farmed organically since 1992 on deep loess soils. The program centers on Grüner Veltliner, Roter Veltliner, and Zweigelt. In 2026, Mehofer became the first winery to bottle in Austria's new reusable wine bottle. The house offers accommodation on-site and hosts monthly tastings, Mehofer ab Hof, on Saturdays.
