Mary Byrnes Wine was a small family winery in Queensland's Granite Belt region established in 1991 by Mary Byrnes, a wine science graduate. The winery cultivated 4 hectares of Shiraz and smaller plantings of Marsanne, Viognier, Roussanne, Mourvèdre, Grenache, and Black Hamburg Muscat without irrigation to limit yields and enhance regional character. The business is no longer operating.
