Baratto Wines is a family-owned and operated vineyard and winery in Hanwood, NSW, where Peter and Karen grow grapes, make wine, and package it on-site. They practice minimal intervention winemaking without pesticides, hand-pruning vines and using only minimal sulfur dioxide. The cellar door is located on the vineyard and welcomes visitors to taste wines while enjoying views of the vineyard and scenic hills.
