Mandrarossa sits on a hill ninety meters above sea level in contrada Puccia, south of Menfi. The program balances native Sicilian varieties, Grillo and Nero d'Avola, with innovative plantings of Petit Verdot and Sauvignon Blanc. A didactic vineyard adjacent to the winery displays four varieties. The cellar holds concrete tulips and steel silos for vinification, alongside fifteen fifty-hectoliter barrels, one hundred barriques, and two reserve wine zones. The tasting room opens to vineyard and sea through two large windows. Visits run Tuesday to Saturday, 9 to 13 and 16 to 20. Wine tours offered Saturday and Sunday by reservation.
