About Maison Rijckaert

Jean Rijckaert founded this house in 1990, establishing a dual presence across two French regions. The domaine operates a cave in Davayé, Bourgogne, and another in Villette-les-Arbois, in the Jura, working 4 hectares in Mâconnais and 5 in Arbois. Florent Rouve took over in 2013, joined by Rémi Treuvey in 2018. The program rests on organic viticulture without chemical products, relying only on copper and sulfur for treatments. Manual harvesting and indigenous yeasts are used in the cellar's work with Chardonnay and Savagnin.
