About Maison Nicolas Simmler
Nicolas Simmler and Sylviane Simmler established this Alsatian house in 1996 in Saint Hippolyte, near Haut-Koenigsbourg castle. The program spans Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris, Muscat, Sylvaner, and Pinot Blanc, joined by Pinot Noir and Late Harvest and Selection of Noble Grains expressions. The cellar also produces eaux de vie. Visitors can taste the work on-site and stay in guest rooms or cottages. The wines reach Alsace, across France, and beyond.
