About Domaine Jacques Iltis & Fils

Domaine Jacques Iltis & Fils began in 1970, releasing its first bottling two years later from Saint Hippolyte, at the foot of Haut-Koenigsbourg castle. The house works Sylvaner, Edelzwicker, Pinot Blanc, and Riesling across the Alsace vineyard. Jacques, Marie-Odile, Christophe, and Benoît shaped the program through its early decades. Clara Iltis joined in 2020, the year after her election as Alsace Wine Queen's Dauphine. That honor prompted a special cuvée, La Dauphine, released in 2019 and 2020. The estate holds High Environmental Value certification. L'Ultime marks the transition between generations, while Saint-Hippolyte Rouge anchors the red portfolio.
