Maison Cazes sits in Rivesaltes, an independent house certified biodynamic for twenty-five years. The Cuvée Aimé Cazes 1978 spent twenty-two years in old oak barrels. Visitors descend into the aging cellar to encounter century-old barrels and natural sweet wines. La Table d'Aimé, the house restaurant, sits alongside. In 2009, the operation received the 1st National Prize for Wine Tourism.
