Boërl & Kroff began in 1994 when Michel Drappier, a vintner heading his eponymous house in Côte des Bar, Aube, took on the challenge of creating Boërl & Kroff. The development stretched more than 12 years. Drappier, nicknamed the magician of Urville, worked alongside Stéphane Sésé, who serves as President. The house produces Boërl & Kroff Champagne.
