Terres de Fagayra began in 2014 in Latour-de-France, building its cellar that same year with natural ventilation and temperature regulation built into the structure. Each parcel vinifies separately. The program ages exclusively in concrete tanks, foudres, or neutral barrels. Yields stay between 10 and 20 hectolitres per hectare. The portfolio includes Llum, Iglesia Vella, and L'Oca.
