About Lewis Station Winery
Lewis Station Winery opened in Lake Mills in 2011 inside a refurbished gas station, becoming Wisconsin's first Certified Craft Winery in 2018. Rob Lewis, a level-two certified sommelier trained at University of Missouri and UC Davis, leads the program. The cellar produces around 25 different wines, the majority in tiny 60 to 70 case lots. Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, and Sangiovese anchor the portfolio, alongside bourbon and whiskey barrel-aged expressions and a Proprietary Red Wine that won gold at the International Craft Beverage Competition in California in 2023, 2024, and 2025. Tasting flights pair with a bistro menu of Pinsa Crust Italian Pizzas. Dogs are welcome on the outdoor patio.
