Gabriele and Walter established lenzbauer.wine in 2005 on 1.4 hectares in Wolfsberg's Ried Vogelherd with mica schist soil. The program moves across Weißburgunder, Grauburgunder, Pinot Blanc, Traminer, Rivaner, and Pinot Noir. DON GIOVANNI Sekt arrives via traditional bottle fermentation, eighteen months on the lees, hand-riddled and hand-disgorged. An ORANGE wine follows, natural and spontaneously fermented from Weißburgunder. Tastings and events unfold at the cellar in Klagenfurt.
