About Georgium
On the south shore of Längsee in Kärnten, Marcus Gruze and Roman work exclusively with the Burgundy family. Chardonnay, Weissburgunder, Grauburgunder, and Pinot Noir form the program, offered as still wines and sparkling expressions, anchored by a white Cuvée. The winery follows biodynamic principles and regenerative agriculture.
