About Le Marchesine
Giovanni Biatta founded Le Marchesine in 1985, continuing a family tradition that spans at least five generations. The winery works with Chardonnay, Pinot Nero, and Pinot Bianco across a range of Franciacorta expressions. The portfolio includes the Brut Millesimato Esus, the Extra Brut Millesimato Nodens, the Brut Rosé Millesimato Artio, the Satén Millesimato Brigantia, and the Brut Audens. The Secolo Novo line draws from a vineyard on the hill La Santissima in Gussago, planted at approximately 270 meters elevation. The Dosaggio Zero Audens sources from multiple sites across Paderno Franciacorta, Rodengo Saiano, Erbusco, and Cologne.
