About Biondelli

Biondelli was founded in 1940 in Bornato, within the Franciacorta region of Lombardia. The estate spans 12 hectares of vineyard, all hand-harvested to supply the house's own production. Every stage of winemaking happens on-site, from fermentation through bottling, disgorgement, and labelling. The program centers on traditional-method sparkling wine from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, aged on lees for 24 to 60 months. The portfolio includes Blanc de Blancs Pas Dosé, Satén, Donna Clemy Rosé Millesimato, and Première Dame Riserva Pas Dosé. A historic two-hectare park anchors the estate.
