About Laurita Vineyards & Winery
Laurita Vineyards & Winery occupies land that was once a dairy farm in New Egypt, New Jersey. The first vines went in the ground in 1998, and the winery opened to the public a decade later in 2008. Today, 44 acres of grapes sustain a production of 14,000 cases per year, making it one of the larger winegrowers in the state. The name is an amalgamation of the owners' mothers, Laura and Rita.
