Tom and Joan Amabile founded Cream Ridge Winery in 1988 on a 14-acre farm in Monmouth County. The winemakers, Tom and Joan alongside Jerry Amabile, Tim Schlitzer, and Jackie Schlitzer, craft small batch, handcrafted wines. The portfolio centers on cranberry, including Flooded Vine Sparkling Cranberry Wine and Cranberry Wine. The tasting room welcomes visitors without reservation. Outdoor seating and a picnic area are available, with food on-site.
