About Lake Hill Winery
Lake Hill Winery sits on 63 acres west of Carthage Lake, planted between April and June of 2011. The winery was founded in 2010 and held its grand opening on New Year's Eve 2011. Rachel Slama and Brian McClellan have owned and operated the winery since 2022. The cellar works with Norton, Chardonel, Chardonnay, Seval Blanc, Vignoles, Concord, and Niagara. Norton ages in 100% American oak. The tasting room pours wine and beer. Two banquet halls, the Barrel Room and a larger hall seating over 400, anchor the property.
