About
Kingston Family Vineyards planted its first grapes in Casablanca in 1997 and 1998, among the first red grapes established in the valley. The first vintage arrived in 2003. Courtney Kingston developed the business plan during Business School, and American consulting winemaker Byron Kosuge made the wines until 2015. The portfolio centers on Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Sauvignon Blanc. The 2013 Syrah CJ's Barrel offers unctuously spicy and creamy character with well-structured presence. The 2015 Pinot Noir Alazan delivers a caressing mouthfeel with rich, mineral-infused characteristics.
