About Juviar

Founded in March 2017, Juviar operates an agro-industrial facility northeast of Mendoza City. The facility includes 1,470 hectares of farmland across Finca San Jose and Finca Santa Maria, with 329 hectares actively in production. The winery crushes up to 60,000 metric tons of fruit annually, producing 10 million liters of bulk wine and 15,000 metric tons of grape juice concentrate per year. Storage capacity reaches 108 million liters. Part of the global food business group DÖHLER, Juviar holds certifications across food safety, sustainability, and vegan production. The program's Malbec, Syrah, Bonarda, and Merlot have earned multiple medals at WEBE.
