Viñas de Alto Salvador

Viñas de Alto Salvador began in 1999 across two properties in Mendoza's San Martín Department. The main vineyard spans 22 hectares, with a second site of 70 hectares in El Ñango, positioned 30 kilometers from the Andes Cordillera at 33° 02' south latitude. The program produces Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Tempranillo, and Sangiovese, alongside Rosado. All wines carry Ecocert Argentina organic certification, vegan certification, and are gluten-free. Grapes are harvested in early morning hours, then maintained at temperatures not exceeding 16°C from harvest through commercialization. The winery operates a tasting room and maintains a production capacity of 2,500,000 liters.
