Wies, Weststeiermark. The Jöbstl family has tended these vineyards since the 17th century. Johannes and Luise Jöbstl now lead the program, with Johannes known as the Master of Schilcher. The winery produces over 30 expressions from the Schilcher grape alone, alongside fruit juices made from organic ingredients, sparkling wines, and Trockenbeerenauslese. The Schilcher Experience Wine World unfolds across six stations, inviting visitors to explore the range of wines produced here.
