Four generations of the Strohmeier family have operated Der PEISERHOF in Eibiswald, Weststeiermark. The program centers on Weißburgunder, Schilcher, and Souvignier Gris, alongside PIWI varieties bred for fungus resistance and minimal pesticide demand. Reserve wines rest eighteen months on fine lees in oak. The Weißburgunder Klassik 2025 claimed a double state championship. The tasting room opens for vineyard tours, winemaker talks on vine character and aging, outdoor seating, and food.
