Jean-Luc Thunevin began his wine business in 1988, launching Château Valandraud as a vin de garage in 1991. The Saint-Émilion estate earned Premier Grand Cru Classé status in 2012, revalidated in 2022. Beyond Valandraud, Thunevin's portfolio spans properties across Bordeaux, Lalande de Pomerol, Pomerol, and Saint-Émilion Grand Cru appellations, with annual production reaching 700,000 bottles. The program extends to Domaine Thunevin-Calvet in Roussillon. Vineyard tours and a tasting room are available.
