Château Cadet-Piola

About Château Cadet-Piola

Château Cadet-Piola sits on seven hectares in Saint-Émilion, six planted to vines averaging forty years old. The composition is eighty percent Merlot, twenty percent Cabernet Franc. Founded in 2001, the estate brought in Stéphane Derenoncourt and Frédéric Massie as oenological consultants in 2003. The château and cellar underwent complete renovation in 2004. A soil study by Claude Bourguignon followed in 2005. The program converted to organic agriculture beginning in 2018 and now holds organic certification. Château Cadet-Bon Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé represents the house's work.
