Everything happens on-site, from vine to bottle. The portfolio includes Brianna, Frontenac Gris, Frontenac Blanc, La Crescent, Marquette, Frontenac, and Petite Pearl. New Traditions blends Brianna and Frontenac Gris into a semi-sweet white. Marquette sees a year in barrel, while Vera's Vino offers the same varietal unoaked.
