Founded in 2001 and producing commercially since 2008, Jakeli Wine Cellar is located in Telavi, Kakheti, and has made only traditional Georgian qvevri wine since 2018. The winery works with Saperavi and other rare local grape varieties, fermenting and aging in both oak and stainless steel, and produces up to 1,000 cases annually.
