Jailhouse Winery

About

Launched in April 2017, Jailhouse Winery operates from a former jail building in Belmont, North Carolina. The space splits into two distinct experiences. Upstairs, a walk-in humidor stocks cigars for purchase. Downstairs, a speak-easy inspired cigar lounge invites guests. Cigar locker rentals are available. The bar program centers on signature whiskey cocktails, The Jailhouse Hattan, Angel's on A Board, Half a Yard, Penicillin, and Midnight Express among them. A Jailhouse Common whiskey flight anchors the spirits list. Jailhouse Sangria, made with Klinkerbrick Red Zinfandel, rounds out the offerings.
