Thirty-six acres of red clay in Salisbury, where Cauble Creek began in 2006 as North Carolina's 100th winery. A family operation in the Piedmont, the estate grows both Muscadine and Vinifera varietals across land punctuated by a 2.5-acre pond. The tasting room opens Thursday through Saturday from 11am to 6pm, and Sunday from 1pm to 6pm. Visitors can pick their own Muscadine grapes during the season.
