iOTA Cellars is an extremely small, handcrafted boutique winery focused on quality over quantity with low-yielding vines and small lot fermentations. The winery, built in 2010 on a 57-acre parcel in the northern Eola Hills of Yamhill County, operates with solar-powered sustainability.
