About Il Banco
Il Banco sits near Novi Ligure's ancient Sant'Andrea gate, a kitchen operating since the late 1800s. In 1988, Rocco and Agostino took over. The cook and head chef have managed the establishment together for over thirty years. Gualtiero Marchesi counted Il Banco among his eleven preferred restaurants. The house makes its own gelato and desserts.
