About Cantine Volpi

Cantine Volpi was founded in 1915 in Tortona and has operated through five generations, now spanning over 100 years. The house produces Barbera and Timorasso. In 2003, the winery acquired Cascina La Zerba in Volpedo, where a new bio-construction building now anchors the tasting program. Surrounded by Timorasso and Barbera vineyards, the space hosts tastings on Saturdays at 10.00, 12.00, 16.00, and 18.00, each lasting roughly an hour. The winery holds EQUALITAS certification as a Sustainable Organization.
