Honsig is a family winery in Platt, in Austria's Weinviertel region. The program centers on Blauer Portugieser, Zweigelt, and Grauburgunder. The Cuvée Mariage 2018 won Champion du Monde at the international Portugieser du Monde competition. A Blauer Portugieser 2017 took gold at the same event. The Grauburgunder Auslese earned gold at the International Wine Challenge in Frankfurt. The JOIE line includes both a Weinviertel DAC große Reserve and a Blauer Portugieser.
