About Holzschuh Johann und Martha
Johann and Martha founded their operation in Zellerndorf in 2009, farming organically from the start. The work spans wine and oil. Whites ferment and age in temperature-controlled steel. Reds move through tanks, wooden barrels, and new and used Barrique. The fields grow wheat, corn, soy, sunflowers, and oil pumpkins. Those pumpkins travel to a Styrian mill and return as pressed oil. Martha provides local Weinviertel specialties for visitors.
