About Holy-Field
Holy-Field began in 2006 on fourteen acres in Basehor, Kansas. Les Meyer and Michelle Meyer lead the program, harvesting grapes by hand across ten varieties and producing nineteen distinctive wines annually, roughly seven thousand gallons. Chambourcin, Cynthiana, Chardonel, Vignoles, Seyval, and Valvin Muscat anchor the portfolio. Fermentation, aging, and bottling happen in cellars beneath the tasting room. The house has collected nineteen Jefferson Cup awards. Beyond the cellar, the vineyard hosts Murder Mystery Dinner Theater, Dueling Pianos, Mayfest, Summertime Music Series, and Oktoberfest. The grounds accommodate weddings, receptions, and group events.
Tasting Experiences
Harvest Picking Sundays
Sunday mornings beginning at 8:00 AM from August through September. Guests can register their harvest group for this annual tradition with lunch served after harvesting ends. Free event; wine sold separately.
Oktoberfest
Traditional German festival featuring food and Holy-Field wines. $8.00 per person for event entry; wine sold separately.
