About Hofer Johannes
Johannes Hofer took over the family business in 2018, continuing a Heuriger in the Auersthaler Kellergasse that has existed in the family for over 40 years. The program spans Grüner Veltliner, Welschriesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Zweigelt, Blütenmuskateller, and Gemischter Satz. The Donauveltliner 2022 and Weinviertel DAC Selection 2023 both won state champion awards, the latter included in SALON Österreich Wein. The cellar door opens Saturdays from 9 to 12.
