Hindler has worked the Weinviertel since 1810, farming organically in Schrattenthal. The program centers on Grüner Veltliner, Chardonnay, Blauer Portugieser, and Rosé. Ried Längen scored 93 points in the Grüner Veltliner GRAND CRU tasting. The Chardonnay Reserve 2021 took first place at the 2023 Lower Austria State Wine Award. Blauer Portugieser won the Blauer Portugieser Club competition at the Retzer wine harvest festival. The house also produces Ried Steinperz, Ried Öhlberg, WDAC Löss, and Rosisecco. Saturday tastings and direct sales run from 2 to 7 PM, March through November. The farm holds five flowers from URLAUB am BAUERNHOF, the first in the Weinviertel to achieve the rating.
