Thomas and Maria Buchmayer established their winery in Pillersdorf in 2018, practicing biodynamic viticulture. Biologically certified since 2018, the program centers on Grüner Veltliner and Sauvignon Blanc. The portfolio includes Grüner Veltliner frisch und fruchtig, Sauvignon Blanc Kreuzbergen, and Grüner Veltliner Kalvarienberg.
