About Heckmann Maurice

Maurice Heckmann joined his father's work in 1982, having studied at the Lycée viticole de Beaune. The house was formally established in 1988. Today Maurice and his son Guillaume, trained over six years at the Lycée viticole de Rouffach, work across slightly more than ten hectares split between Dahlenheim and Avolsheim. The vineyard sits on marly-limestone soils. The portfolio spans Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris, Muscat, Pinot Blanc, Sylvaner, and Pinot Noir.
