About Boehler Dominique
Boehler Dominique began in 1953 in Wolxheim, Alsace, and has remained in the family across three generations. Dominique, Clément, and Laurent Boehler now lead the work. The cellar expanded in 2002 with a new winery, pneumatic press, and tasting room, followed by a stainless steel vat room in 2010. The portfolio spans Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris, Muscat, Pinot Blanc, Sylvaner, and Pinot Noir, alongside Altenberg de Wolxheim Grand Cru, Vendanges Tardives, Sélections de Grains Nobles, and Crémant d'Alsace in both blanc and rosé. The house is in conversion toward organic agriculture. A gîte on the property accommodates five guests.
