Christèle and Mathieu work the vines around Wolxheim, a village between Strasbourg and Obernai in Alsace. The house operates on organic and biodynamic principles, harvesting entirely by hand across the portfolio. Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Muscat, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, and Pinot Noir move through the cellar. The program includes Grand Cru Altenberg de Wolxheim, Vendanges Tardives, Sélection de Grains Nobles, and Crémants. A tasting cellar is available for visitors.
