Heart and Hands Wine Company overlooks the eastern shore of Cayuga Lake in Union Springs, New York, where the work centers on sustainably grown cool climate wines. The program produces 2,000 cases annually across Pinot Noir, Aligoté, Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Auxerrois, Petit Arvine, and Lagrein. The house first harvested and vinified Aligoté, Petite Arvine, and Lagrein in 2022. Tasting room experiences are available by reservation and walk-in.
