Hat Ranch Winery opened in 2011 on the Sunnyslope Wine Trail, forty-five minutes from downtown Boise. The house works exclusively with Idaho-grown grapes and is home to Vale Wine Company. Open daily from noon to five, the winery offers a wine club with multiple membership tiers and ships to most states through its online store and Vinoshipper partnership.
