Bitner Vineyards in Caldwell produces Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon in 1,200-1,500 cases annually. Members only. The program holds three certifications: LIVE sustainable, Salmon-Safe, and Bee Friendly Farm, making it Idaho's first sustainably LIVE certified vineyard. Recent releases have earned recognition across competitions. The 2020 Syrah took Double Gold at both the San Francisco Chronicle and Cascadia International competitions. The 2018 Merlot from Lanae Ridge Vineyards earned Double Gold at San Francisco Chronicle, while the 2017 Terrosa Reserve claimed Gold there. The 2019 Cabernet Franc won Gold at Cascadia International, and the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve won Gold at Sunset International. Visits require reservation. An intimate patio with a view is available.
