Gem 73 Winery was founded in 2016 when Jay and Shelly purchased land in Sunnyslope, Idaho. The name '73' draws from an old telegraph code meaning all the best. The winery is temporarily closed but planning to open a gathering space in Sunnyslope in summer 2026. Members can participate in a points-based wine program.
