Haimel works across nine varietals in Traismauer, in Austria's Traisental region. The portfolio spans Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewürztraminer, Gelber Muskateller, Donauriesling, Souvignier Gris, and Pinot Nova. Within that range, the house produces three Grüner Veltliner DAC expressions, including a Reserve Kellermeisterin, alongside PIWIDA bottlings of Donauveltliner, Donauriesling, Souvignier Gris, Pinot Nova, and a Sparkling vom Donauriesling. The Pinot Noir Oncophora rounds the work. The tasting room is open by reservation and offers food. The 2026 Falstaff Sweet Wine Trophy awarded 94 points to one of the program's selections.
