About Fischer
Viktor Fischer works organic vineyards in Traismauer, in Austria's Traisental region. The program centers on Grüner Veltliner and Muscaris, with the Grüner Veltliner Ried Rosengarten Traisental DAC vintage 2024 chosen as editors' favorite wine in the new Gault&Millau Wine Guide. Fischer was named Discovery of the Year 2021 by Gault&Millau. Beyond still wine, the cellar produces Verjus from Muscaris grapes, organic, sparkling, and alcohol-free. The farm shop opens Fridays, 14:00–18:00.
