The program centers on Grüner Veltliner and Muscaris, with the Grüner Veltliner Ried Rosengarten Traisental DAC vintage 2024 chosen as editors' favorite wine in the new Gault&Millau Wine Guide. Fischer was named Discovery of the Year 2021 by Gault&Millau. Beyond still wine, the cellar produces Verjus from Muscaris grapes, organic, sparkling, and alcohol-free.
