About Gruber
Gruber arrived in Weißenkirchen in der Wachau in 2019, joining Vinea Wachau as a producer of Grüner Veltliner and Riesling. The work spans three categories, Steinfeder, Federspiel, and Smaragd. Certified through Nachhaltig Austria, the house has earned recognition from Falstaff, AWC Vienna, Wein Niederösterreich, Vinaria, and Luca Gardini. On clear days, the program offers vineyard tastings for groups, with views across Weißenkirchen. Beyond wine, a Wildheurigen-Buschenschank serves homemade cold dishes and wild game. The cellar also produces apricot spirits and preserves, Marillenschnaps, Marillenlikör, Wachauer Marillenmarmelade, and Marillenessig.
