Gio's Marani is a small family wine cellar at the far end of Baratashvili Street in Sighnaghi, about 200 metres from the town centre, run by Giorgi Vardiashvili. It has been operating since 2020 and receives up to fifteen guests at a time for tastings of two qvevri wines alongside three kinds of chacha. Live music can be arranged on request, and the cellar is open daily from morning until evening.
